Description: We are seeking a strategic storyteller to join the College + University Studio as marketing coordinator. This person will bring design excellence, attention to detail and a fresh take on how to craft deliverables, presentations, proposals and interactive media and work closely with studio leaders to develop materials that help secure work and promote the RDG brand. RDG’s Marketing Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing programs, including the delivery of proposals, business development collateral, and support the creation of new initiatives. Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead the development, design and execution of proposals that surprise and please the eye
  • Create bold presentations that communicate expertise and immerse the audience
  • Coordinate and manage award submissions
  • Facilitate strategic development and deliverables for conferences and speaking engagements
  • Conduct research related to project pursuits and thought leadership content
  • Collaborate on thought leadership content development
  • Develop external-facing marketing and business development collateral (e.g. market brochures, digital and print ads)
  • Collect, organize and continuously evolve and improve studio assets and data
  • Participate in client interview preparation
  • Diligently monitor studio activities for external communication and PR opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders and the RDG Communication Team to execute messaging

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications, graphics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry or marketing in a services-related industry preferred
  • Essential software knowledge – Adobe Creative Cloud Suite with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, PowerPoint
  • Additional software – Miro, Bluebeam, Deltek Vision, Excel

Location: Des Moines, Omaha, St. Louis, New York City or Denver
