Yellowhouse Machinery is currently accepting applications for Marketing Coordinator at our Amarillo, Texas location. Our applicants must exhibit strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references. Graphic design experience is preferred. Job Essential Duties:

·Implements the dealership’s marketing strategies by leveraging resources aligned with the dealership’s values, mission, and goals.

·Leads the development and maintains all social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

·Maintains Yellowhouse website.

·Maintains Yellowhouse online store with promotional items.

·Creates monthly internal newsletter (The Dirt).

·Maintains Yellowhouse brand to make sure all logos, colors, spacing, etc. is correct on everything that is advertised.

·Maintains and monitors customer database that are receiving John Deere advertising magazines.

·Creates advertisements and promotional items for the dealership. (i.e. local rodeos, FFA area sponsorships, and sponsored events).

·Assists in the coordination of all dealer events including open houses, customer appreciation days, and other promotional events.

·Orders promotional supplies for each location (bottled water, cups, koozies, golf balls, pens, key chains, etc.)

·Orders sales staff Yellowhouse logo shirts and distribute as needed.

·Works with Geometry and Google and helps create marketing plan to determine where co-op dollars are utilized.

·Acts as a liaison between the dealership and manufacturers’ marketing personnel and leverages manufacturing marketing resources.

·Acts as a liaison between all advertising sources that ask for our business, such as magazines, radio, newspapers, etc.

·Works with HR and insurance agency and creates/distributes Employee Benefits Booklets each year.

·Renews Employee Handbook and distributes as needed.

·Ensures appropriate marketing and public relations communications for all departments.

·Manages recruiting and staffing positions for all departments.

·Creates new logos as needed.

·Creates recruiting content for available positions for each department.

·Graphic design skills and computer skills are required.

·Must be proficient with all social media pathways.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
