Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director capable of leading approximately twenty internal marketing Brand Managers and Ambassadors as well as retained outside Public Relations firms. While we get excited about squeezing the juices, we look to the Director and the marketing team to generate enthusiasm through creative, and out of the box, marketing initiatives.

This person must be a self-starting, strong leader who is capable of:

· Conducting strategic marketing research and analysis.

· Recommending, developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns and controlling the marketing budget.

· Partnering and supporting new business proposals and initiatives.

· Managing our communications strategy by working with partners who can help us tell our story.

· Expanding our brand in existing and new markets by working with our sales organization and through traditional and non-traditional marketing approaches.

· Developing Territory Brand Managers and establishing goals to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty in their respective territories.

Additional requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of strategic marketing experience.

• A successful record of managing associates remotely.

• Must have excellent organizational and management skills.

• Capable of traveling on a regular basis.

• Previous experience in Beverage Marketing a plus.

• Must be able to work in Ft. Pierce.
