We are looking for a talented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team in Sandy, Utah

On an average day as a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for

  • Brighton Store Management - Woocommerce
  • Shipping and Inventory Management

  • Brighton Scrubs Ordering
  • Project management of all incoming marketing needs
  • Website and intranet management
  • Assist the Marketing and Communications Director with Content creation and brand management
  • Assist the Marketing and Communications Director with large marketing campaign
  • Assist with Brighton events


Website and intranet administration:

  • Perform routine updates, back-ups, and troubleshooting operations for overall health of the website
  • Update site with new locations when we open a new Brighton site
  • Update Careers Page statistics on monthly basis
  • Manage User Roles
  • Coordinate with Marketing & Communications Specialist and other Home Team leaders to release announcements on the Team Member Dashboard
  • Manage our server and application via the Cloudways Cloud Hosting Platform

Desired Qualification/Skills

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, communications or a related field. (STUDENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED)
  • Seeking a team member with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
  • Experience working with business and marketing stakeholders
  • Ability to pivot tasks quick
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and spoke word
