PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Marketing Representative is responsible for increasing rehabilitation referrals through marketing and public relations activities to physicians and other referral sources. The Marketing Representative also serves as an ambassador and/or liaison in the promotion of Encore Rehabilitation, Inc.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

• Visits to physicians and other referral sources monthly.
• Documents visit to include date, time, person seen and any additional

significant information.

• Verbally communicates pertinent information to Clinic Directors, marketing

Directors and Regional Vice President.

• Maintain confidentiality and good judgment when involved in sensitive

matters that might have an impact on clinics and/or Encore Rehabilitation,
Inc.

• Willingness to be an active and integral part of the Marketing Team to

achieve success in all projects.
REQUIRED TASKS/JOB DUTIES

• Visits to physicians and potential referral sources including medical

professionals, hospitals, conferences, AHSAA, schools, industries, etc.

• Weekly meetings (Mondays) with Marketing Team to coordinate agenda and

activities.

• Monthly marketing meetings with all assigned clinics. Meeting to include

Clinic Directors, Marketing Representatives, Marketing Director and Regional
Vice President. Other personnel may also be in attendance.

• Weekly communication with all Clinic Directors.
• Weekly documentation of all visits and activities turned into Marketing

Director, Clinic Director, and Regional Vice President.

• Daily communication with Marketing Directors (Morning-Noon).
• Monthly Marketing report submitted to Home Office.
• Monthly schedule of upcoming month’s visits and activities to be completed

at the beginning of each month and submitted RO Regional Vice President
and Marketing Director.

• Yearly marketing plans for all designated clinics.
• Leadership role in public relations activities, i.e. PT month, OT Month, golf

tournaments, internal marketing projects, teambuilding, etc.

• Other job duties and tasks are requested to promote the growth of Encore

Rehabilitation, Inc.

GENERAL:

• Marketing representative is part of the Marketing Team.
• Marketing Representative is under daily supervision of the Marketing

Director.

• The Regional Vice President oversees the marketing direction for all North

Alabama rehab operations and reserves the right to utilize the Marketing
Representative for specific job duties at any time. Some job tasks may fall
outside of the general job description.

• Timecard- Reviewed by Marketing Director weekly.
• PTO- PTO request presented to Marketing Director.
• Mileage- Turned in to Regional Vice President for review, bi-monthly.

DESIGNATED CLINICS/TERRITORIES:
Marketing Representative is responsible for the growth of the following clinics:

• Universal support and marketing of all Encore Clinics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
