A terrific opportunity is available for an assertive, personable, and persuasive person to join the Marketing and Events Team at Richmond Window Corp | Renewal by Andersen, the most recognized name in windows. The fun yet challenging job will be at our retail partner event locations and expo shows throughout the central Virginia area. You will be interacting with prospective customers and setting up appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with those customers in their home. This position offers favorable compensation based on performance. We are seeking an individual who is outgoing and motivated, that loves talking to people.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and comfortable talking to new people
• Dependable and punctual
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Weekend availability
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Travel to locations in Central, Virginia to assist set up, execute, and break down the event
• Setting in house appointments for Design Consultants
• Knowledgeable of all information, and brand points
• Educate consumers of Renewal by Andersen Replacement Windows and Provia Doors

Benefits

PTO:

Year of Hire – Employees earn 1.85 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 12 days for the calendar year of hire.
January 1, following hire – Employees earn 1.85 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 12 days for the calendar year. On each anniversary, employees earn an additional day of PTO, adding .15 hour per payday for each additional year of service. January 1, following 5 complete years of continuous employment – Employees will be earning 2.77 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 18 days per calendar year.

401K:

Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K plan by making Elective Deferral Contributions and receive Safe Harbor Matching Contributions on the first day of the calendar month, coincident with or next following the date you attain age 21 and you complete 6 months of service, measured from your date of hire, provided that you are an Eligible Employee, which means you must be employed by Richmond Window Corporation or any affiliate who has adopted the Plan, at the end of that period.

Health Benefits:

Richmond Window Corporation will pay 85% of your individual monthly healthcare insurance premium, at our current rates. We reserve the right to cap it at that rate of paid coverage should our premiums be increased. You must elect coverage through our provider to receive this benefit; we currently offer United Health Care. Your insurance will become effective on the 1st day of the month following the completion of 60 days of employment, if you elect coverage.
