** Ryde Racine: We are located on the following Ryde the Bus routes: Route 1, Route 4, and Route 86 (at 21st & Roosevelt Ave). **
API Heat Transfer is looking for people who enjoy being part of transformation. We have a new mission, new leaders, and are accelerating our path to Lean Cultural Change. Our Warehouse team is expanding and we are seeking additional Material Handlers for our Racine location.

- Starting Hourly Rate $19.00+ based on experience
- $5000 dollar retention fee after one year of service

What You Will Do:
The Material Handler will participate in all warehouse activities and receive and process stock according to standard operating procedures.
- Receiving product and materials in using company ERP system
- Picking parts for production needs
- Assist with inventory counts and planning
- Drive company truck for pickups
- Help drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and assist with implementation
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse
What You Bring:
- High school diploma; Associates degree preferred
- ERP System experience (i.e., SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, PLEX)
- At least two years of previous warehouse experience
- Forklift certification and truck driving experience preferred
- Solution focused and process improvement driven
- Proven ability to develop relationships with internal partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Bonus points if you bring experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement
- Must have valid driver's license
