Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot, preventive and predictive maintenance on the following:

motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, power transmissions, chain and belt drives, cams, bearings, actuators, blending systems, bulk-filling systems, scaling, filling, cartooning, coders/printers, electrical, compressed air

Troubleshoot electrical control, contactors, and safety circuits (single phase – three phase/voltages ranging from 5VDC-480VAC)

Teardown and rebuild gearboxes, clutches, actuators, and other assembles related to equipment repairs

Fabricate parts, guarding, and parts modifications for equipment repairs and improvements

Complete and submit repair tags, shift logs, and parts requests

Report and assist with line calls and changeovers

Complete daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually work orders

Readily available to assist customers and vendors

Follow all company policies including but not limited to safety practices and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s)

Maintain product quality and food safety at all times.

Report all food safety and quality issues to management in a timely manner

To ensure safety and security of the facility report all issues to management in a timely manner.

Attend all required trainings

Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area

Perform additional duties as assigned by management
