Medical Assembler 3’s in Forest Lake, MN | $21.00 to $22.00/Hour DOE + Shift Differential.
Our Medical Assembler 3’s openings have several different shifts available.
- 1st - 7:45am to 4:00pm or 7:15am to 3:30pm (Monday Through Friday)
- 2nd - 3:45pm to 12:00am or 3:15pm to11:30pm (Monday Through Friday) = $1.75 Shift Dif.
- 3rd - 11:45pm to 8:00am or 11:15pm to 7:30am (Sunday through Thursday) = $2.50 Shift Dif.
This job is a Skilled Industrial type position that that pays $21.00 to $22.00/Hour (base) DOE and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Medical Assembler 3 Duties and Responsibilities –
- Fill out all required paperwork and documentation.
- Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
- Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery
- Utilizes and abides by current ISO requirements
- Handling components and checking for defects
- Count and label packaging
- Interpreting written instructions
- Operating machine and assembling products
- Performing repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Observe continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, adjusting as necessary.
- Set up, operate plastic molding to mold or cast thermoplastic parts or products.
- Turn valves and dials of machines to regulate pressure, temperature, and speed and feed rates, and to set cycle times.
- Read specifications, blueprints, and work orders to determine setups, temperatures, and time settings required to mold, form, or cast plastic materials, as well as to plan production sequences.
Medical Assembler 3 Requirements and Qualifications –
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- 2 years of experience, minimum working in a manufacturing environment that performs plastic injection molding
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts
- Effectively communicate and understand job instructions in the English language
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
- Good communication skills
- Hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
