Job description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant will support 2-3 Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injectors per day, in a high volume Studio environment.

The Medical Assistant will report directly to the Studio Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Assists Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injectors in the exam rooms.
- Ability to accurately maintain client charting records and documentation in a timely manager.
- Acts as the point person for all in-studio clients, from escorting them within the Studio, to providing both pre-and post-procedure guidelines for care, recovery, and optimal results.
- Keeps treatment rooms stocked with adequate supplies.
- Responsible for creating an unrivaled consumer experience for all clients.
- Respects OVME culture, and abides by OVME Culture Guide.
- Maintains an expert level knowledge of all company products and services as well as competitive products and industry trends.
- In coordination with specialists and nurses, ensures procedure and consult spaces are maintained in a healthy and clean manner.
- Provides front desk support as needed.

To fulfill this role, the Medical Assistant should possess the following Medical and Client Experience skills:

Education / Experience Requirements
- Minimum (1) year of experience as a Medical Assistant required, preferably in Medical Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery.
- Additional Medical Assistant Credentialing is a plus (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA).
