Job Summary: train & Mentor New and Existing Medical assistants on MA workflow and EMR
Responsibilities:
1. Train all team MAs to provide world-class customer service provide and quality medical treatment to all patients
2. Ensure all MAs follow the Quality measures process
Train all MAs to continually improve performance and skill level, including traveling between new and existing clinics.
3. Assist with issues involving the medical office during office hours and outside of office hours via onsite visit and phone.
4. Assist Office Manager with performance evaluations when requested
5. Visit offices to ensure policies and procedures are being followed
6. Randomly review charts and log book documentation to identify training needs
7. Create educational training materials for new and existing workflow and equipment
8. Support and mentor new and existing employee
9. Assist with interviewing potential medical assistants
10. Communicate to MA team members their current training level and requirements for achieving the next training level.
11. Attend office /corporate meeting
12. Conducted bi-weekly meeting with lead medical assistants
13. Practice HIPAA compliance at work and off duty.
14. . Recognize achievements and give team member performance appraisals.
15. Ensure that all MAs are aware of training they must receive to increase their rank and monitor performance of these duties for promotions and Quality assurance.
16. All other duties as assigned by management

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
