We are growing fast and looking to add a troubleshooting specialist to our team! We are an insurance billing company that predominantly specializes in behavioral health.

This is a fully remote position. Job responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting claims
- Communicating with your team and clinicians
- Following up on denials, finding payments, etc.

The successful candidate has:
- Excellent communication skills

- A great can-do attitude and an ability to learn from mistakes
- A team-oriented mindset
- An understanding of the insurance claims process
- An excellent problem solver

You also absolutely MUST have some availability during normal business hours, 9-5, Monday through Thursday - this job requires a lot of phone calls.

Experience working in a medical or behavioral health office is helpful, but not necessary. We will fully train the right candidate.
