Medical Insurance Account Receivables job will consist of:

• posting and working insurance denials and payments from patients and carriers. (SQUARE, ERA's, bank lockbox and scanned documents)
• calling and logging into insurance portals,
• following up on patient questions, and answering patient calls.
• At least 3 years of medical insurance payment posting AND collections are required
• Prefer experience with AdvancedMD, Eclinical, and Kareo, but not required.
• Must be able to work Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30 pm, have an excellent and secure internet connection, and HIPAA qualified workspace.
• Must have a computer that is up to date and compatible with Microsoft 360 which must include a dual monitor system.
• Must be able to connect and answer phones via VOIP.
• Must be willing to attend mandatory Team meetings via VIDEO (remotely) and be willing to communicate with clients as needed.
• Remote-Live and Video Training will be available.
• Excellent customer service, highly detailed oriented, clear written and verbal communication, and critical thinking skills are required.
• Excel, Googlesheets, Word, TEAMS, Adobe, Edge, Chrome and IE are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
