Position: Medical Clerk/Receptionist

Department: Admin

Responsibilities:

• Filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), and other clerical functions.
• 50 keystrokes per minute, Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate level.
• Liaisons with nurses, physicians and staff.
• Ability to interact with patients all day.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience is required as a clerical assistant.
• Medical terminology certificate is required.
• Spanish speaking candidate preferred.
• Candidate should have completed high School.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
