Regional Medical billing company specializing in anesthesia and radiology looking to add full-time (40 hour/week) staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field, focusing on insurance enrollments.

Duties include but are not limited to:

§ Responsible for gathering, tracking, and competing new and re-credentialing applications.

§ Enroll providers for EDI through clearinghouse for all necessary payers

§ Handle electronic funds enrollment and quarterly/bi-annual attestation requirements as required with individual insurance payers.

§ Coordinate with outsourced vendor for new provider enrollments and assist with the process of each application.

§ Work with electronic claims clearing house ensuring compliance and accuracy of provider data for efficient and timely claim filing and remittance retrieval.

Requirements and Qualifications

Successful candidates must be flexible, organized, follow through, and communicate well with medical providers, payers, and fellow workers.

Maintain above average attention to detail, be self-motivated, have knowledge of Microsoft Office, be tenacious, and can manage heavy phone volume.

Previous office or medical billing / insurance experience preferred.
