Comprehensive Therapy Services is currently seeking an experienced medical front office assistant to join our team. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy to children at our Richardson location.

Job responsibilities will include: patient check-in and check-out; utilization of EMR system and scheduling; answering phone; checking emails; typing of reports and correspondence, appointment reminders; collecting patient payments; checking insurance benefits; entering payments; ordering supplies; completion of administrative projects; cleaning/disinfecting; aid in the overall function of the clinic; other administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Upbeat personality
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
• 1+ year of medical practice administration experience
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Flexible and able to take direction
• Excellent typing and communication skills
• Willing to assist in developing and maintaining excellent company administration department
• Team player

Working Days: Monday - Thursday (flexible training hours and days may be necessary)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
