Integrated Dermatology is a leading national dermatology practice that acquires and partners with dermatology practices across the United States. The culture at ID is a reflection of its people. Duties:

• Great patient
• Check patient in computer system, collect copayments
• Prepare chart make sure all the documents are correct and up to dated
• Call patients to remind them of their appointment
• Request Authorization for Procedures to the Insurance Co if requested by the Doctor or PA”s.

Qualifications:

• Need to be bilingual
• Ability to maintain effective and organized system to ensure timely patient flow
• Ability to be on time to work and be a team player
• Good customer service

Job Type:

• Full-time: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:45PM / 1 hour lunch break

· Experience:

• 1 year medial office experience (preferred, not required)

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
