We are looking for a Medical Scribe to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately documenting patient visits in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, transcribing patient histories and physical exams, and assisting physicians with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in the medical record.
• Assist physicians in the documentation of patient encounters.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Understand medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Be familiar with medical coding systems.
• Perform data entry into the electronic medical record system.
• Assist in the ordering of laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
