Tennis Center Sand Point (TCSP), located in NE Seattle's Magnuson Park, is Seattle's premier public indoor tennis facility.

The Member Services Associate (MSA) is a part-time front desk position that serves as the frontline of TCSP’s day-to-day operations. Member Services Associates are responsible for fielding customer inquiries related to class schedules, court availability, account and membership information, facility amenities, and above all providing excellent customer service. Communication consists of email, phone calls, in-person service, and website content. MSAs report directly to the MS Manager and work closely with the Pro-Shop staff.
A successful candidate offers the highest level of customer service in every aspect of our business. This is a dynamic position with many opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities.

Member Services Associate Duties:
- Warmly welcome and assist all members and visitors to the tennis center
- Possess knowledge of all tennis services/programs provided and pro shop products
- Execute a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling court times, class registrations, and account troubleshooting
- Cashiering duties for services and retail
- Answer, attend to, screen and route all incoming calls
- Maintain order and cleanliness of tennis facility throughout shift
- Develop relationships with clientele and foster a caring community
- Keep up-to-date with Magnuson Park and Seattle area events
- Attends monthly Member Services meetings and team builders
- Execute other duties as assigned by the Member Services Manager and TCSP Management team
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work with wide variety of backgrounds
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication, computer, and telephone skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- At least two years of college experience, college degree preferred
- Must become CPR/AED certified if not already
- Ability to accept supervision and guidance
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google doc products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Sheets, Google Forms)
- Tennis knowledge a plus but not required
Schedule
- Preference for candidates who are willing to work weekend mornings
Shift Times (Fall-Spring)
- Weekdays: 5:30am-1:30pm, 7:30am - 3:30pm, 3:30pm - 11:30pm/Close
- Weekends: 6:45 am - 2:45 pm, 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm/Close
Compensation and Benefits:
