The Position
We are currently seeking a Member Services Associate to join the TPC Team!

Responsibilities

• Managing online, phone, and in-person reservations
• Welcoming members and their guests at check-in at either the Front Desk or Fitness Desk
• Staying informed on changing Club policies and communicating information to members
• Answering questions and addressing concerns in a polite, friendly manner
• Perform light billing including charging for drinks and snacks
• Assist members with registration/enrollment in Club event/programs
• Following established COVID-19 protocols and ensure member compliance with COVID-19 guidelines
• Assisting with other general and administrative projects when needed
• Participating as a member of the TPC team which includes attending staff meetings

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience required
• Ability to multi-task and tend to a variety of tasks when busy
• Weekday mid day, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred
• High level of responsibility and accountability
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Upbeat, polite, and friendly personality
• Ability to pass a background check if required
