Title: Member Services Associate

Reports To: Director, Member Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Be willing to learn new skills and excited to be a part of a growing team.
• Be passionate about meeting new people and creating memories through experiences.
• Initiate interaction with members, guests and prospective members to obtain and disperse information.
• Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure.
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with a great attention to detail.
• Be proficient on Outlook, Slack and Zingle with a focus on prompt response time.
• Create itineraries and coordinate transportation needs, reservations, and activities for members, guests, and visitors and with appropriate departments.
• Field phone calls, and email correspondence; provide accurate and timely information regarding services, events and greater area activities.
• Seek most efficient manner in which to meet member expectations.
• Facilitate dining, transportation and activity reservations both on and off property.
• Ensure department schedule has adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Create and maintain list of trusted local area vendors, stores, and services to recommend to members/guests.
  
• Keep work spaces clean and organized.
• Assist with member Communication Program - Member Website, Photography, Daily/Weekly Bulletins, Event Flyers, Mobile Concierge, E-Mail Blasts, Text Notifications, Chalkboards, etc.
• Ensure member and guest histories and preferences are maintained and updated on a daily basis.
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events.
• Assist with retail tagging, merchandising, restocking, inventory, sales and special orders.
• Provide support for all Club events with coordination, set up and attendance as needed.
• Assist with Driftwood's hospitality suite at the Moody Center and hosting events as necessary.
• Ensures guest histories are maintained and updated on a daily basis.
• Maintain the “Vibe” of the Club consistent with Driftwood and Discovery standards.
• Adhere to dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
