Benefits available for the Member Services Manager:

  • Full-time, non-exempt position – hours may vary, typically, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday
  • Hourly rate range $28.43-$34.64 (commensurate with experience)
  • $1,000 signing bonus – $500 after 60 days and $500 after 120 days of employment
  • Full medical, dental, vision (covered at 95% for employees and 90% for dependents)

We are seeking a Member Services Manager to:

  • Supervise and oversee a team responsible for front desk and reception services and other administrative and organizational tasks
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and representative of the Member Services team to the Association and broader community
  • Update, maintain, share, and analyze member information and owner details
  • Create, revise, and maintain procedures, forms, files and materials for staff education, training, and reference

What the Member Services Manager Needs:

  • 5+ years’ experience in operations, administration, customer service
  • 2+ years’ experience supervising team members within an administrative or office environment
  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred; otherwise, education commensurate with needs of position
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently as an individual contributor as well as a team supervisor
  • Effective problem-solving, decision making and follow through to successful resolution
  • Microsoft Office experience along with other administrative/operational tools and reporting
  • Superior attention to detail, and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English
