Job Description
- Sell memberships
- Greet every customer and advise them on best services and products for cleaning and maintaining their vehicle
- Explain benefits and membership programs while ensuring a positive customer experience with a friendly smile and helpful service
- Check out customers while following company cash handling policies and register procedures for sales transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized location. Complete necessary side-work and house-keeping items including cleaning the lot and basic maintenance work in the car wash
- Perform other duties as requested

- Is detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering high quality service
- Is a self-starter, motivated, and displays neat dress and appearance
- Has the ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
- Is energetic, flexible, and willing to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays based on the needs of the business
- Has a passion for customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by opportunity for growth and sales
Preferred Experience
- Customer service experience
- Cash register experience
- 1 year of sales experience

Compensation
- Full-time: Starting at $15.00 per hour with an earning potential of over $60K total annually (base pay + commissions)
- Part-time: Starting at $13.00 per hour with an earning potential of over $45K total annually (base pay + commissions)
