LifeSpring Health System is seeking a Case Manager at our office in Scottsburg, Indiana. Duties include teaching activities of daily living skills and linking clients with community resources. The Case Manager will provide services to adults with mental illness and/or addiction through individual and group modalities. A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field is required. A degree in Education is also acceptable. We are looking for caring, compassionate and energetic people who enjoy helping others. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required. Covid vaccination is required.
