Position Summary
Hopkins | Lacy is searching for highly skilled, reliable, experienced craftsmen to join our MEP teams.
We are specifically looking for skilled trades workers with interest in MEP commercial construction to add to the team! Electricians, Plumbers, and Sheet Metal Mechanics are in high demand! Duties/Responsibilities
Depending on position, duties could include some or all of the following:
Follow all health and safety procedures on the job site
Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations
Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude Qualifications
Depending on position, duties could include some or all of the following:
Positive attitude and work ethic
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
Basic computer skills with iPad and MS office experience
MEP commercial construction experience preferred

Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2-4 years of prior relevant experience, depending on the role
Driver’s License Competencies Work Environment/Safety Dependability Communicating Effectively Productivity Following Policies and Procedures Travel

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. They will need to stand (approximately 70%), walk (approximately 20%), and sit (approximately 10%). The employee will also need to be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, feel, talk, and hear. The employee will need to be able to carry up to 75lbs, lift up to 100lbs, and move up to 200lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, midrange vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
