Position Summary

This position is responsible to support the Business Manager with day the day activities to drive sales and achieve department and category objectives. Assist the Business Manager with deal entry and proofing, accruals, bulletin creations, balances and data entry.

Description of Work

Responsible for reviewing, creating, and monitoring deals in DemandTec.

Review and make necessary changes on surveys, as well as send approved copies to vendors and divisions.

Prepare promotional event bulletins for vendor proofs and update systems as necessary.

Accurately review deals for duplications and missing accruals. Work with vendors to obtain missing information.

Ensure that promotional product information is entered timely and accurately into all necessary systems.

Maintain various components of vendor and item details across several systems.

Communicates and interacts with cross functional departments (eg. Inventory Management, Center Store, Accounting, AWG Brands, and divisional sales teams)

Assist with any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

College degree prefer but not required

Consumer Products Goods or related industry experience

Proficiency Microsoft Office and G Suites
