Position Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation Admin
Location: Remote or Minneapolis, MN
Salary: Open based on experience

As a CRM Program Administrator we are seeking your support to implement our CRM system in Microsoft. This will be achieved by working with our international teams, sales, sales support and other internal departments and IT to understand requirements, ensure the system is designed, tested and implemented in Microsoft Dynamics. You will help all internal clients design and develop solutions that utilize the Microsoft platforms and integrate with other technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the CRM development, maintenance and administration.
  • Own Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other related sales support (user setups, profiles and roles, reports, and dashboards, customize features, fields, record types, etc.) and support/collaborate with sales and sales operations.
  • Create, maintain and customize CRM page layouts, build custom workflow, familiarity with validation rules, event triggers, email alerts, common record types, and maintain existing workflow processes within CRM .
  • Develop new and manage existing integrations across all supported internal Enterprise System applications that connect to the CRM platform.
  • Work with sales, sales support and other internal departments to understand their business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ developer experience and good understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM Apps (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) entity model and platform architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Good understanding of MS D365 and its utilization, as well as knowledge of IT interfaces, SQL, databases and systems and applications integration.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Creative problem solver with an ability to dive into data and uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and systems skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and team player with outstanding written and verbal interpersonal skills.
