Competencies & Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional experience for all customers.
• Monitor all games effectively.
• Greet guests sincerely - past, present, and future.
• Effectively complete the check-in/out process.
• Manage the booking process, online, via phone, and in-person.
• Perform game introductions, and provide post-game briefings.
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain ongoing facility cleanliness to ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests.
• Understand all game progressions and be able to successfully reset games. Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Be able to repair/replace game items when necessary.
• Must be flexible in scheduling and available late afternoons, nights, weekends and on short notice.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Possess great listening skills and take constructive feedback.

Pluses but Not Required:

• Knowledgeable in creative design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Set design, stage design, scenic design, production design.
• Acting or theatre experience.
