$60,000 - $100,000 salary + commission

• Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers
• Manage a team of restoration technicians to provide top-notch restoration service
• Implement regular training for the staff to keep current on all processes
• Inspect the job sites for safety and quality
• Estimate and write proposals for homeowners and other stakeholders
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth mitigation process for our clients and customers
• Communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders

• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and time-management skills

• Water Mitigation: 3 years of project management experience is required.
• Contents / Personal Property: 1 year of project management experience is required
• Mold Remediation: 2-3 years of project management experience is required
• IICRC - WTR is needed; additional IICRC certifications are preferred (AMRT/ASD/FSRT)
• Stellar communication, problem-solving, project management, and time-management skills are crucial
• Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and solid math skills
• Must be located within the SE Michigan area as this position requires you to come to the office every day
• 3 years of experience in the restoration industry with at least 1 year as a Mitigation Project Manager (water, mold, contents)
• Xactimate experience is required
• DASH and Encircle experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

This is a salary plus commission position - the high end of the compensation range is with commission.
