Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie REALTORS®, a 40,000 member Association, 3rd largest in the nation, is seeking an MLS & Member Service Coordinator, located in Ft. Lauderdale (Wilton Manors Area).

Ideal candidates should have strong phone customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new member applications, transfers, terminations and information changes
• Follow up with Members regarding incomplete paperwork
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date membership database
• Assist in the maintenance of all forms necessary to process and manage the membership database
• Ensure the timely, transmittal of membership information to NAR, FR and MLS
• Assist in Member phone calls from the Call Distribution system, for all Member inquiries with a positive attitude
• Provide Level 1 customer service on products, tools, resources with focus placed on MLS products and other general MLS assistance
• Supra Lockbox set-up and troubleshooting for members
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish/English speaking
• Able to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Windows based computer programs
• Capable of learning software systems
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service and be resourceful
• Must be a positive, team player
