Rick's Bakery in Rogers is urgently hiring for front sales team and celebration team for our opening and daytime hours,Opening shifts are usually 5am-1pm and daytime shifts are 8-4:30. Job duties would be serving our amazing customers our delicious treats, making sure we have hot, fresh coffee, pastry and dessert cases stay full, sales floor and tables stay clean. We always want to delight our customers- making a double stuff cookie if we are out, adding sprinkles to a donut to make a little kids day!
Our celebration team works with our customers to help design the perfect cake or dessert for their special occasion.
Full time positions are eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance plus paid time off, optional 401K plan, and employee discount.
Weekend availability is a must!
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
