Treliant Mortgage Services, a subsidiary of Treliant LLC focused on the mortgage industry, is looking for Mortgage Servicing Document Reviewers for remote, project-based client engagements.
Responsibilities:

  • Validate the accuracy of source data files against mortgage servicing documents.
  • Recommend and make corrections in prescribed data fields, and document changes as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related subject or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert knowledge of mortgage servicing documents, terms and financial drivers.
  • Understanding of relevant mortgage servicing regulations and investor requirements.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in the mortgage servicing unit of a bank or credit union or in a standalone mortgage servicer or subservicer.
  • Ability to navigate in Black Knight MSP or other mortgage servicing systems and document repositories a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Comfort working independently, as well as part of a broader team.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Sharepoint.
