Business Analyst - Black Knight MSP Mortgage Servicing System Conversion

This role qualifies for a sign-on bonus.

The role requires prior MSP System Conversion experience in a Business Analyst role supporting Black Knight MSP Conversion Testing. This role works under the MSP Conversion Project Manager and the MSP Testing Manager.

Required Experience:

• Prior Black Knight MSP Testing support experience in the MSP/Product environment required
• Prior testing experience as a Business Analyst/Business System Analyst role supporting mortgage servicing
• Prior experience in UAT/SIT functional test plan or script development
• Prior QA and regression testing experience
• Ability to create and test UAT test plans, cases, and scripts
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Qualifications:

• Highly analytical, able to identify and communicate gaps to process
• Strong technical skills and abilities including MS Office suite and Black Knight residential mortgage servicing product suite
• Skilled at testing process and methodologies

• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to successfully facilitate meeting and other collaborative discussion forums with all levels of operations and management team members
