Title: Multi-Unit Manager

Type: Full-Time

FLSA: Exempt

Location: North Conway, NH 03860

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

Job Summary:

The Multi-Unit Manager has complete responsibility for leading the operations of multiple Dunkin Donut restaurants. Analyze trends, solve problems, motivate & develop Restaurant Managers and Associates in order to maximize contribution to Dunkin’s success. Review and evaluate cost-effectiveness, consistency, quality, accuracy, and performance to company standards and act as necessary to correct discrepancies. Assisting Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations of restaurants including budget planning, coaching/feedback, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; complying with all applicable laws. Assist in the development and implementation of productivity standards and goals in support of the company business plan. Create and maintain a “People First,” culture while ensuring brand standards, recipes, and systems are properly executed. Drives a clear vision of purpose while strengthening employee’s knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a management role in a restaurant chain environment
• Fluent in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including day, night, and weekends (driven by business needs)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
