Music School Customer Service/ Sales - $23/ Hour - PTO - FULL TIME
Job description
The Harrison School of Music is looking for a full time front desk team member. 33 hours per week.

$21.00 per hour to start for training reaching $23 at the end of training with raises and performance evaluations and bonuses, 33 hours of PTO (paid time off) annually.
Room for advancement with pay and PTO based on performance.
Must have reliable transportation to travel between our Harrison NY and New City (Rockland County) NY offices as needed.
No music or music education experience is required.
SCHEDULE (33 hours per week):
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9am - 2pm
Fridays: 11am - 8pm
Saturdays: 8:45am - 5pm

JOB DUTIES:
-Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).
-Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.
-An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.
-If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
-Registering clients
-Processing paperwork
-Cleaning
-Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
-Selling minimal retail / supplies at the desk.
-Interacting with customers
-Consistent attendance.
-Putting out customer service fires.

Any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public.
