This rural community (located 25 minutes northwest of Green Bay) population 3,500+, is where hard work, fun, and simplicity meet. The National Account Manager is a key role within a cross functional Sales and Marketing Team reporting into the Director of Sales and Marketing. This role is responsible for working closely with its assigned accounts and their sales staff to become Bay Tek product experts in order to effectively represent our product line and maximize sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in our products.
  • Manage existing accounts, pursue new opportunities with distribution or create new direct sale growth in order to keep no one customer more than 15% of sales.
  • Manage key account business including: Sales, Distribution, Collection and provide Gold Standard Customer Experience.
  • Building long term partnerships with our national accounts in to understand their needs are met and Bay Tek is top of mind.
  • Ensure all distributor accounts are trained to high standards on Bay Tek product.
  • Participate in domestic tradeshows and conferences along with ride along training with distribution sales support to promote Bay Tek Entertainment and support our customers in the market.
  • Recommend sales and marketing programs.
  • Participate in annual forecasting exercises.
  • Set annual goals for each account and deliver expectations.
  • Provide and implement company pricing policies along with aiding in A/R when needed.

Education and Training:

· Post High School education with study in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in customer facing sales and Account Management

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Computer skills

o MS Office – PowerPoint and Excel expertise a plus

  • Customer care and growth mindset are key attributes to the position.
  • Results Oriented – attentive to the results and performance of the plan and a focus on exceeding goals.
  • Interpersonal Confidence – ability to relate and connect to a diverse group of people; internally, at our customers, community and markets we serve.
  • Excellent Oral/Written Communication – Knows how to present ideas effectively and persuasively; has a strong written and verbal presence; can convey concepts in a wide variety of forums.
  • Capable of resolving escalating issues arising from operations and requires coordination with other departments including but not limited to parts and service, product development, accounting, and marketing.
  • Integrity and Values – Can be trusted to act in a manner that meets The Village Values

Travel Requirements:
· A valid and active driver’s license required for this position.

· Travel will be at least 40% of the time.

Pay: $57,300.00 - $83,700.00 per year
