The Cold Stone Creamery Marketing Team is looking to fill a National Marketing Manager position immediately. This person will report to the Director of Marketing and help in the overall flow of workload that comes through from the stores and our franchisees on a regional and local level; as well as through internal initiatives for the Cold Stone brand at a national level. This person will specifically oversee various Co-ops/DMAs throughout the country as their top priority

NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER COLD STONE CREAMERY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

National Marketing

  • Works with cross-functional teams for execution of strategic national marketing programs laid out by the VP of Marketing.
  • Works on national partnerships and programs to benefit the brand as a whole snf assists in the planning of national promotions.
  • Regularly researches industry trends and understands what is happening in the competitive landscape.
  • Utilizes ability to establish and maintain vendor relationships
  • Helps in searches for partnerships and business-to-business opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and sales, furthering the success of the brand.

Regional/Co-op Marketing

  • Supplies support to both senior management and fellow National Marketing Managers, all while overseeing various Co-ops/DMAs.
  • Oversees all co-op budgets within assigned region.
  • Coordinates all media buys within an assigned region between the media buying agency and our Co-ops.
  • Must maintain project plans and timelines as well as managing multi-track projects and/or programs for regions.
  • Oversees coordination for all Co-op creative needs for various markets.
  • Runs webinars, conference calls and Co-op meetings, when applicable.
  • Co-op travel can be expected at approximate 2 – 5 times per year (pending travel restrictions or concerns).

Local Marketing

  • Works to assist Regional Directors of Operations and Area Developers to identify potential opportunities within the stores’ four walls and local community to increase sales.
  • Oversees new store opening budgets as well as planning and execution of grand opening events (pending federal, state, county, and city restrictions or guidelines).
  • Coordinates with the in-house Creative Team to produce impactful artwork that align brand standards, current brand initiatives, and franchisee local store objectives.
  • Consults with franchisees on individual marketing strategy to drive sales.

NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER COLD STONE CREAMERY KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

  • Ability to organize large amounts of confidential and financial data
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience multi-tasking between different data systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
