Description: Senior Network Systems Tech

What you will be doing:

The senior network systems technician has complete understanding and wide application experience with technical principle, theories, and concepts related to their field. Applies extensive knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Assignments may be broad or narrowly focused. Impact is usually limited to a well-defined area of a project or specific assignment and may have some impact on the outcome of entire project or group accomplishments. Performs normal aspects of the job with little or no direct supervision. Work is occasionally reviewed for soundness of judgment, overall adequacy, and accuracy. Contributions of original work are expected.

Performance Shall Include:

o Schedule VTCs, Zoom and WebEx administration.

o Answering team phon line and customer emails.

o Respond to service now tickets.

o Administer classified VTCs.

o Build classified bridges.

o Fill in at the various coordinator coverage locations (TA16, TA3, TA22, TA55, TA60)

Educational Requirements:

o Position typically requires an associate’s degree and four-to-six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Requirements:

· Must have a Q clearance.

· Excel, SharePoint, MS Office.

· At this level, additional training, certification, and/or education may be expected, including graduation from technical institutions.

· Ability to walk stairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,395.00 - $75,401.00 per year
