Based out of Charlotte NC - Viva Chicken is a fast-casual, charcoal-fire Rotisserie Joint specializing in the authentic Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken) found on the streets of Peru. At Viva, you will find a “scratch” kitchen where our food is made fresh daily! Our promise is to serve the hottest, freshest chicken with a commitment to quality which carries over into the preparation of our Pollo a la Brasa with our hand-built Peruvian Rotisserie Oven.

We are looking for Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our new restaurant opening team!

What you’ll do:

• Cook the hottest, freshest chicken in our state-of-the-art kitchens!
• Prepare high-quality food with fiery speed - you got the heat? Bring it to our kitchens!
• Ability to work in an environment that is big on teamwork!
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices

Qualifications:

• Must be able to follow a recipe
• Being bilingual is a plus!
• Must be at least 16 years of age
