Job description

We are looking for a Night Auditor to manage our operational billing and registration tasks so we can run our business smoothly. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for checking guest bills, receiving payment and issuing receipts. We require you to manage the Hotel’s daily financials and department store inventory, as well as control room payroll. You will keep meticulous records of all transactions, attend to guest requests and resolve billing issues. Finally, we expect you to communicate with other Hotel team members to track and document daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Collect all incoming payments for the day and calculate revenue figures for the hotel.
• Check daily revenue accounts and prepare an end-of-day revenue report.
• Assist guests to check in and out, and process transactions online through the reception desk.
• Ensure that all taxes have been paid..
• Monitor all financial reports and data to identify any irregularities in the system.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to provide accurate financial reports to all departments.
• Answer any questions from guests regarding their bills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
