This position is IDEAL for candidates who have prior Night Audit experience. ONQ experience is a plus.
It is open for Part-time or Full-time job to cover two-three shifts as Night Auditor plus another one or two day shifts.

• $125 sign on bonus paid after successfully completing 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlets' (e.g. restaurants, lounges, banquets, room service)
Cash and credit operations to include but not limited to checks, over/short figures/tally sheets, deposits, counts, house charges, promotional materials, postings, etc. and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely information
Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc. to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed
Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on Room information to provide rooms management with a picture of how they are performing.
Perform the duties of a Front Desk Clerk
Perform, as necessary, the functions of the front desk with regard to check-in, check-out and customer service.
Greet & interact with the guest in a friendly but professional manner creating the “WOW” experience.
Able to apply mathematical concepts including fractions, percentages, ratios & proportions to practical situations.
Post room and tax and perform the necessary OnQ. functions to close the business day.
Complete the necessary closeout reports
Balance and transmit the daily credit card transactions.
Ensure payment is obtained for all guest rooms and that credit card approvals are current.
Prepare the necessary reports for the beginning of the day for Housekeeping.
Complete the F&B Income Journal

Qualifications and Skills
Hotel Night Auditor experience is a plus but not required.
Must have excellent customer service and mathematical skill and able to work as part of a team.
Open Availability - weekdays, weekends, and holidays is a MUST for this position.

Must have dependable transportation.
