Millennium Building Services is a reputable building services company that has been serving the greater Portland Metro and surrounding areas since 1972. We are currently hiring for janitorial staff in The Dalles.

Ideal candidates have good work ethic, a positive attitude and sense of responsibility. Experience is preferred, though we are willing to train the right person.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for cleaning parts of the building and keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming, and emptying trash receptacles and replacing the lining (bags) of trash cans if applicable. Here is a list of the primary responsibility and duties of the job:

· Sweep and or mop floors.

· Clean areas of the building by emptying trash and recycle.

· Use cleaning solutions to clean surfaces, mirrors, windows.

· Dust furniture.

· Clean and or stock restrooms.

The following is a checklist of qualifications we are after.

· Must have adequate transportation.

· Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs

· Must be able to stand for longer periods.

· Must be efficient and have attention to detail.

· Must be a good communicator with the MBS team and property managers.

Upon accepting the position, you will also be subject to:

· Demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.A.

Salary: $16-$17 Mon-Fri 6pm-11:45pm
