X-RAY TECHNOLOGIST (NIGHT SHIFT, 1pm-10pm)
*$2,500 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates!
PMI is looking for an X-Ray Technologist to operate radiologic and fluoroscopy equipment to produce radiographs of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by a Radiologist.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of previous radiology and fluoroscopy experience required
- ARRT (R) license
- Ability to do essential job duties
- Ability to read, understand, speak and follow English instructions. **Bilingual preferred
- Ability to manage stress appropriately.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time efficiently by prioritizing effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in close proximity to others in a medical office environment.
- Possess common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
- Display superior interpersonal skills for effective communication with patient and peers
- Possess superior knowledge of x-ray procedures and techniques
- Non-Exempt/ Full-Time
- 40+hour /week
JOB DUTIES
- Greet, accept and prepare the patient for x-ray and fluoroscopy procedures.
- Assess and document patient’s condition to determine proper handling and special requirements.
- Ensure positive experience for the patient while at any PMI facility and uphold company objective for patient satisfaction.
- Check requisition for physician notes and/or special instructions.
- Instruct and assist patients in assuming physical position for appropriate test.
- Provide x-ray and fluoroscopy services in a timely manner while performing high quality procedures.
- Adhere to procedure protocols as established by the Medical Director.
- Enforce radiation safety procedures to provide a safe environment for patients and staff. Safety procedures for other modalities may apply if certified.
- Maintain x-ray and fluoroscopy equipment/rooms in proper working condition. Report malfunctions and necessary repairs to manager.
- Keep autoclave in working order and sterilizes instruments.
- Keep all crash carts up to date.
- Order and keep inventory of all medical supplies.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
