Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support technical AWS/AZURE Cloud infrastructure that includes network, hardware, database and/or system software components.
- Responsible for developing and applying advanced techniques in the investigation and solution of advanced Cloud system requirements and problems.
- Performs advanced Cloud technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives.
- Analyzes and resolves difficult and complicated Cloud program support deficiencies.
- Guide configuration, debugging, and support for Cloud infrastructure and ensure all quality and change control standards are met
- Conducts investigations and tests of considerable complexity
- Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management for AWS/AZURE Cloud environment.
- May evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as information systems, engineering, or other related field, or equivalent experience. Masters preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years related experience
- May require security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance
- AZURE or AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
- 8570 IAT Level II Certification or higher
