Our commission salespeople make on average a range from $17 per hour to more than $100 per hour depending on individual sales performance. US Average Rate: $27.00

A day in the life…

• Work in any one of a wide range of departments - from women’s, men’s and kids’ apparel to fragrances, cosmetics, jewelry, shoes, and more!
• Build enriching and lasting relationships with customers
• Offer great advice and assistance to our customers
• Work with the team to create a great space for customers by filling orders, keeping merchandise filled in, remerchandising the selling floor, marking new prices, and keeping the store looking great
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
