Lead all sales revenue of the North American divisional business of key brands Slime and Fix a Flat. Develop and implement a complimentary strategy and pipeline of new customers. Develop and implement innovative sales programs and introduce new products within existing accounts. Develop and implement plans to deliver strong revenue and margin growth. Maintain, grow and develop strong customer relationships. Manage customer sales outlook and promotional funding. The job involves selling the full portfolio of Slime and Fix a Flat products across North America.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Customer(s) product, price and omni channel brand strategy
- Develop in conjunction with Director and execute sales strategies to profitably grow all assigned brands.
- Implement comprehensive retail sales and marketing programs.
- Assist Sales Support Manager to analyze sales trends, manage forecasts, and identify opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage traditional distributors, brick and mortar retailers and online extensions of those channels to effectively optimize sales growth.
- Evaluate competitive products, pricing, promotions and sales strategies.
- Provide insights and customer requirements to the product management and development team.
- Participate in ensuring inventory forecasts and SD&A spends are accurate and in place.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Brand Management on product pricing, promotions, advertising, and new product introductions.
- Aid in the development of targeted national and regional media campaigns and promotions.
- Control annual assigned promotional budget
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university needed.
- 3 to 5 years of previous sales experience minimum
- Strong Experience within the Automotive Aftermarket- Auto Retail preferred.
- Experience within sporting goods, specifically bicycles, is a plus.
- Strong customer focus, communication, decision-making and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in computer business programs – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Up to 30% travel time (depending on location)
