As a Nurse Practitioner for Buckeye Hospice at our Youngstown and surrounding locations you will be responsible for the assessment and care of Palliaitive patients in nursing facilities and home settings.
TYPICAL SCHEDULE IS FULL-TIME. 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive hopsice and palliaitive services in complaince with the state nurse practice act.
- Responsible for complementing attending physican care.
- Acting as medical resource person to the IDG.
- Performing face-to-face visits
Job Requirements
- NP License is REQUIRED.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Ohio state requirements.
- Minimum of 1 to 4 years as a NP working with hospice and palliaitive services or home health agency.
