Our Lady of Lourdes is uniquely capable of providing care across the full spectrum of life for pediatric and adult patients across a range of illness and injury, including those that are extremely complex. The growth of our Primary Care network in the community is expanding greatly. The Lourdes team is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Breaux Bridge Clinic. This individual will examine and treat patients independently and in autonomous collaboration with other health care professionals following established standards and practices. This individual will ensure proper illness and injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. The Nurse Practitioner will rely on education, experience, professional training and judgment to accomplish responsibilities. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Works under minimal supervision under the direction of the collaborating physician, as appropriate. May lead and direct the work of others within the scope of practice.

Licensure/Certification:

• Advanced Practice License from Louisiana State Board of Nursing and
• Certification as Nurse Practitioner by ANCC or AANP and
• Current Louisiana state RN license and
• Current BLS Certification
