Nurse Practitioner of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Hyattsville Nursing and Rehab – Full-Time
Job Summary:
As our full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Hyattsville to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for their PM&R and pain management needs. You will be responsible for PM&R throughout each SNF and maintain a strong relationship with the client facilities. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level. Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy and families as well as preventative care. The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.

Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
- Benefits: Health insurance, 401k with match, paid time off, malpractice insurance and flexible schedule
- Standard Shift: Day shift
- Weekly Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible hours and no weekends
- Ability to Commute/Relocate: The position is located at 6500 Riggs Rd Hyattsville, Maryland, candidates must be able to commute or relocate to these locations
