Job description
SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist.
Required: Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) and the American Occupational Therapy Association or other standards as accepted by the Medicare program. Certified by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. and licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in state(s) served by the agency. Current CPR Certification within three (3) months of employment.
Experience: Related experience normally required.
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing occupational therapy in an effective and efficient manner in the client’s home.
- Coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments.
- Responding to inquiries or requests for information.
- Maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
